In addition…

Our security officers reach the site of duty 10-15 minutes before the time of start of their shift. During this time they are supposed to get briefing and any special instructions/ guidelines or changes from the client, site in-charge, another responsible person or the previous  guard who is to be relieved by them.
The security officers write brief but self explanatory report of events that occur during the shift. These reports are checked and signed by our supervisors at the time of their random visit to the site. These reports are provided to the clients weekly or daily as per client’s preference.
